Our adults class gives students the opportunity to learn the amazing Kuk Sool syllabus in a fun and positive way getting you in peak condition - fitter and stronger without even realising it. Every class will be different from the one before and you will never be board. This Martial art is way more than just learning how to kick and punch. Classes will incorporates different techniques and forms as well as various body conditioning and cardiovascular exercises hand strikes and various advanced kicks. Our grading system is set out in such away that every time to test you will be taught little bit more of the syllabus, ensuring you are not overwhelmed with the continuous training. Class testings are held every 3 months.
